When Apostrophe photo offered a photo shoot at Glow Yoga, I signed up. Although I am very uncomfortable "posing" for photos. I wanted some photos to show how far I've come, since I started making "life" changes with yoga. I wanted a photo to show how I look and feel now compared to two summers ago when my journey began. After the first few photo shots, I relaxed more and became more comfortable. My photos exceeded my expectations!
